The Fall Lineup

Hello friends,

The last month proved quite eventful for JPM both mission-wise and personally. Joey is recovering well from both of his surgeries. His skin cancer removal went really well and his heart surgery went even better as they were able to clear a mild blockage which eliminated the need for a stent! Praise God!! A huge thank you to everyone who prayed for and supported Joey and the Potter Family throughout this process.

We are happy to share some updates about each of our featured child sponsorships:

Miriam, Genesis, Eric, Cedric and Edna are all still stable, healthy and doing well! Despite continued attacks of the enemy, these kids are steady. Above all, we rejoice that they belong to Jesus.

Luke 10:19-20 says, β€œ19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. 20 However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”

We rejoice that the names of Miriam, Genesis, Eric, Cedric and Edna are written in heaven!

We were unexpectedly informed that Taylor’s casts were put back on earlier this month! We have no idea how or why, but nevertheless, we are so grateful that Taylor has another chance at healing!

It is incredible to see the changes in the children we've collectively sponsored over the years!

We want to introduce another set of siblings from Roatan who find themselves in a devastating, unforeseen situation. Clarissa (16) and Hector (15) Rodriguez lost their mother tragically back in December of 2022. Their mom was their main provider. Their father’s health is failing and he likely won’t live to take care of them.

Since their mother’s passing, Clarissa and Hector have been in the care of their cousin Gale, who is now their full time guardian. Gale has selflessly taken on this major responsibility; however, the home they reside in is no longer suitable or livable for any of them.

Gale has already secured a piece of family property for a home to be built and an access road to be established. The estimated cost of construction will be $25,000 USD. We ask that you please prayerfully consider showing God’s love to help build a new home for these two children! Click here to donate to The Rodriguez Kids!

Finally, we are asking for prayer for Emma. If you aren't familiar with Emma's story, then please click hereto read about this wonderful, Jesus loving mother from Kenya!

Kenya is very strict about giving Visa's, so we are asking for prayer over Emma in obtaining the correct visa!

We have a full mission schedule lined up for the remainder of the year. Checkout a preview of our upcoming mission locations below and view more information on the website. Please consider joining us where applicable if you can!

We want to thank everyone again for your prayers and support through Joey's medical journey. Please continue to pray for sustained health as JPM takes on the fall mission schedule.

Please respond to this email or reach out to Joey with your prayers and praises. He often shares how much it means to him when people reach out to him.

May God bless you and keep you always,

Joey & Cathy
